Note 1] The phantoms are included in the main distribution from v4.5

Note 2] You need to install the phantomsabove in the smc_dir directory in order to get the tutorials running! If you using the self-installing script for Windows these phantoms are included. Please run this in the tutorial directory. Note that you might set the path to the SIMIND directory where the binary executables are located.
