This is a simple source routine for a heart consisting of a combination of a half sphere
shell and a cylindrical shell - both with the same thickness. A defect can be inserted in
the half cylinder and an arbitrary location. The boundaries of the heart is defined by
index 2,3,4 in the CHANGE program.
Switches
/RC = thickness myocard [default=1.0]
/T1 = start angle for infarct [default = -90 degrees]
/T2 = sector angle for infarct [default = 30 degrees]
/T3 = infarct starting from cylinder edge [default=1.0]
/T4 = infarct size in x-dimension [default=1.0]
/A1 = polar angle of the chamber axis [default=0 degrees]
/A2 = azimuthal angle of the chamber axis [default=0 degrees]
